Visa^®, MasterCard^®, American Express^® and Discover^® accepted. Your credit card will be charged as your items ship from our warehouse.

Terms may be established as 2% 10 days, net 30 days with prior authorization. However, orders placed directly from the Web site are subject to submission of a credit card prior to processing. An account service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be applied after net payment due date. Accounts exceeding payment date of invoice will be put on hold or C.O.D. basis until account is in good standing. Accounts that have to be referred to collections are subject to collection fees and/or any applicable legal fees.

If you use a browser that supports secure connections, your order will be handled using our encrypted secure payment system that protects your credit card information while in transit over the Internet.

2. Complete your order and check out using the button labeled Checkout.

3. If you wish to continue shopping at any time before clicking the Continue button after confirmation of payment your order, click Return to Shopping.

Shipping charges stated apply only for orders within the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, there is an additional $20.00 shipping charge for each item ordered.

Free shipping applies to all orders within the continental United States exceeding $25.00. Free Shipping option must be selected at checkout.

For other shipping quotes, please contact us at Sales@Bio-OX.com. Prices are quoted F.O.B., Origin. Drop shipments to your customers are prepaid and billed directly to you; our name will not appear on the bill of lading, if desired.

Sales tax will be added to your order at a rate of 7% for orders being shipped within New Jersey in accordance with New Jersey state law, if applicable.

Returns cannot be accepted unless written authorization has been obtained. Freight must be prepaid and will not be refunded. Items returned by commercial vendors may be subject to a 20% restocking and repackaging fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. A request to return goods must be made within 60 days of date of purchase/invoice.

Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or coincidental, arising from the use of these products. Before using, users shall determine the suitability of these products for their intended use. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with these products beyond the original purchase price. Due to varying conditions and applications, the manufacturer and seller shall not be held responsible for the failure of these products. The information and suggestions in our technical literature is, to the best of our knowledge, reliable. Since conditions and usage are beyond our control, Bio-OX cannot assume responsibility for any risk or liabilities that may arise from the use of its products.
